PROCESSING TIMES
Orders without a Video Add-On are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Orders with a Video Add-On may require up to 10 business days for processing to allow time for filming and preparing your mystery reveal.
Processing time is the time required to prepare and package your order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier transit time begins after your order has shipped and is separate from our processing time.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Cookie Crumbles Mystery Shop LLC currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your order:
Standard Shipping: $7.99 for qualifying smaller/lighter orders
Standard Shipping: $12.99 for larger/heavier orders
FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 or more
The applicable shipping rate will be calculated automatically at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping label is created.
DELIVERY TIMES
Carrier transit and delivery estimates begin after your order has completed processing.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and carrier handling are outside our direct control. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Cookie Crumbles Mystery Shop LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided with an order.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost, is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us.
While carrier handling is outside our direct control after shipment, we'll review the situation and assist where reasonably possible, including providing available shipping information or assistance with carrier claims when appropriate.
A LITTLE EXTRA CARE
Every Cookie Crumbles order is carefully prepared and packaged before it begins its journey to you. Orders may be photographed prior to shipment for fulfillment and quality-control purposes.
