At Cookie Crumbles Mystery Shop LLC, the surprise is part of the fun! Because our Mystery Scoops, Cookie Craze Mystery Cookies, Blind Bags, Blind Boxes, add-ons, and other mystery products are selected at random, all sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Mystery Really Does Mean Mystery
Specific products, colors, styles, designs, brands, or other individual items cannot be guaranteed. When a Color Vibe preference is offered, we'll happily keep your selection in mind whenever possible, but it is a preference and does not guarantee particular items, colors, or styles.
We cannot accommodate dislike lists, item exclusions, swaps, substitutions based on personal preference, or requests for specific mystery products.
Duplicate or similar items may occur unless a particular product description specifically states otherwise. Mystery selections cannot be returned or exchanged because of personal preference, including dislike of an item, color, style, design, or assortment.
All Sales Are Final
Orders are final once placed. We do not accept order cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the random contents of a mystery purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Items
We carefully inspect and package orders before shipment. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or an item that should have been included in your order is missing, please contact Cookie Crumbles Mystery Shop LLC within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Photo or video evidence of the issue is required so that we can review the claim. Orders may also be photographed before shipment for fulfillment and quality-control purposes.
If a claim is approved, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the affected item or another appropriate remedy, subject to availability, the circumstances of the claim, and applicable law.
Because our products are mysteries by design, receiving a different item, style, color, design, or assortment than expected is not considered an incorrect or missing order.
Add-Ons & Mystery Upgrades
Add-ons, upgrades, Video Add-Ons, Wonder Wheel purchases, and other optional extras are final once purchased and are subject to the same no-cancellation and final-sale terms as the associated order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Random games, bonus opportunities, upgrades, special finds, and promotional prizes are based on chance unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchasing additional products does not guarantee a particular prize or outcome.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Products may contain or come into contact with materials that could cause allergies, sensitivities, or irritation. Please review individual product materials, ingredients, labels, warnings, and manufacturer information when applicable before use.
Cookie Crumbles Mystery Shop LLC cannot guarantee that products will be suitable for every individual's allergies or sensitivities.
All orders are prepared and packaged in a dog-friendly environment. While care is taken when handling and packing orders, we cannot guarantee that packages or products will be completely free of pet hair, dander, or other pet-related allergens.
Small Parts
Some products may contain small parts that can present a choking hazard. Items containing small parts are not intended for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended when products are used by younger individuals.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and carrier handling are outside our direct control. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will review the situation and assist where reasonably possible, including with available carrier information or claims when appropriate.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
