WHAT IS A FORTUNE COOKIE MYSTERY SCOOP?
A Fortune Cookie Mystery Scoop is a surprise-filled mystery experience where every bead represents an item waiting to be revealed!
Each scoop contains at least 20 beads, and your bead results determine the treasures included in your order. Surprises may include stationery, beauty and self-care goodies, accessories, household finds, cozy lifestyle items, fun little treasures, and more.
Our inventory is always changing, and beads are selected at random, so every scoop is its own mystery.
WHAT IS COOKIE CRAZE?
Cookie Craze turns the mystery into individual cookies!
Choose how many cookies you'd like to crumble, and each Mystery Cookie represents a surprise prize waiting to be revealed. Your prizes are selected at random from a collection of more than 200 frequently rotated and changing items, making every Cookie Craze order a different experience.
Keep an eye out for something extra special—you never know what one of those cookies might uncover!
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FORTUNE COOKIE MYSTERY SCOOP AND COOKIE CRAZE?
Both give you the Cookie Crumbles mystery experience, but the surprises are revealed in two very different ways!
With a Fortune Cookie Mystery Scoop, your mystery is determined by a scoop of beads, with each bead corresponding to an item on our base Mystery Scoop board. The base board remains consistent, while special upgrades and premium surprises may rotate and change to keep things exciting.
Cookie Craze offers even more variety, with a collection of more than 200 surprise items that are frequently rotated and changed. You choose how many Mystery Cookies you'd like to crumble, and each cookie reveals a randomly selected prize from the current Cookie Craze collection.
Choose the Fortune Cookie Mystery Scoop if you love the fun of watching your beads determine your treasures, or choose Cookie Craze if you want an even wider and constantly changing variety of possible surprises.
Either way, you never know what you're going to uncover!
WHAT ARE BLIND BAGS?
Blind Bags are mystery collections centered around a particular type of product.
Choose from Phone Wristlets, Pens, Bracelets, Straw Toppers, Hair Clips, Stationery Accessories, or Notebooks & Journals. You'll know the general category you're getting, but the individual styles and designs remain a surprise.
Exact duplicates are not included within an applicable Blind Bag order, although similar styles may occur.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC ITEMS?
No. The mystery is part of the fun!
We cannot accommodate requests for specific products, dislike lists, item exclusions, swaps, or substitutions based on personal preference.
When a Color Vibe option is available, you're welcome to choose your favorite vibe and we'll keep it in mind whenever possible, but specific colors, products, styles, or designs are not guaranteed.
WHAT ARE THE COLOR VIBES?
Color Vibes give you a fun way to tell us the general color palette you love.
Choose from Mermaid Vibes, Sunset Vibes, Galaxy Vibes, Earthy Vibes, Neutral Vibes, or Color Love Surprise.
Your Color Vibe is a preference rather than a guarantee. Mystery items are still selected based on your mystery results and available inventory.

Your beads could unlock an extra-special surprise!
Match 4 beads to unlock a Crumble Capsule.
Match 8 beads to unlock the ultimate upgrade—a Fortune Cookie.
Upgrades are determined by your mystery results and are not guaranteed with any purchase or number of purchases.
WHAT IS A VIDEO ADD-ON?
Normally, your mystery is packed and sent to you without a recorded reveal.
When you purchase an eligible Video Add-On, your mystery reveal is recorded so you can enjoy the experience of watching your order come together.
Because filming takes additional time, orders containing a Video Add-On may require up to 10 business days for processing.
WHAT IS THE COOKIE CRUMBLES WONDER WHEEL?
The Cookie Crumbles Wonder Wheel adds another chance for mystery fun to your eligible order!
Your spin could reveal an additional prize or upgrade. Wonder Wheel results are based on chance, so particular prizes or outcomes are never guaranteed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders without a Video Add-On are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Orders with a Video Add-On may require up to 10 business days for processing.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once your package is on its way, tracking information will be provided.

Cookie Crumbles Mystery Shop LLC currently ships within the United States only.
Standard shipping is $7.99 for qualifying smaller/lighter orders and $12.99 for larger/heavier orders.
Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS?
Because of the random nature of our mystery products, all sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with mystery contents.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or something that should have been included is missing, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery with photo or video evidence so we can review the issue.
